The Teeter Totter is made of 18oz pink or orange vinyl on the sides and blue on the top and bottom, plu Polyurethane soft foam at the flat, bottom surface and a thick polyethylene hard foam glued on the curved top for added stability and firmness.
The Teeter Totter can be used in a circuit or with other pieces of the TidBit Playland (CTB-7) by securing the pieces together with Velcro flaps and pile on the sides.
