Spieth America Payment Policies for Customers and Dealers
Effective Date: August 15th, 2023
General Payment Terms for Customers:
1.1. All direct customers except Government entities are required to make full payment at the time of purchase if the order is less than $10,000.
1.2. For orders over $10,000, a 25% prepayment is required at the time the order is placed.
1.3. For all orders over $75,000, a 35% prepayment is required at the time the order is placed.
1.4. The remaining balance for all orders must be paid no later than 5 days prior to their ship date.
1.5. For event orders, a $5,000 prepayment will be due at the time an event agreement is signed. The remainder will be due three weeks before the event takes place.
1.6. For orders over $10,000, if the customer delays the shipment or pickup by more than 30 days, a 5% monthly storage fee may be charged. Storage fees will be incurred based on size of order and space it takes up.
1.7. Special payment terms may be considered for direct customers on a case-by-case basis, but they require prior approval from the Financial Controller, Daniel Hanson.
Freight Charge
3.1. Customers and dealers arranging their own freight will be charged a separate handling fee at the time of shipment.
Refunds and Cancellations:
5.1. Refunds for products or services shall be granted in accordance with our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website under “Terms and Conditions."
Spieth America reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these policies at any time. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website and communicated to employees, customers, and dealers.
